 Desiree Kingston is a dedicated leader with a lifelong commitment to education, service, and community impact. She holds two master’s degrees, three teaching credentials, and spent 16 years in education before moving into entrepreneurship, real estate, and community development. As a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and experienced business owner, Desiree brings a powerful blend of strategy, compassion, and hands‑on leadership to America Cares. She now guides our outreach, partnerships, and programs that support families, veterans, and communities across the region. 

 Harley Blankenship brings unmatched energy, dedication, and heart to America Cares. With extensive experience in public outreach, event planning, and community service, she plays a key role in connecting our programs to the people who need them most. Harley’s passion shows in everything she does — from organizing impactful events to building relationships that strengthen our mission. Her commitment to serving others and creating meaningful community experiences makes her an invaluable part of our team. 

Kevin serves as Acting Chief Financial Officer, bringing decades of executive leadership, financial expertise, and operational excellence to the organization. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex projects across the United States, earning a reputation for delivering results through disciplined financial stewardship, strategic planning, and effective project management.

With extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency, Kevin has consistently helped organizations strengthen their financial performance while implementing processes that improve productivity, reduce waste, and maximize long-term value. His analytical approach, combined with practical leadership, enables him to make sound financial decisions that support sustainable growth.

 David Kingston is a successful business owner, respected political leader, and dedicated community advocate who brings invaluable guidance to America Cares. Known for building and leading multiple successful businesses, David uses his experience to strengthen our strategy, support organizational growth, and expand our impact across the region. His leadership extends beyond business — he is deeply involved in community and civic efforts, working to create opportunities and uplift the people around him. David believes that anyone with a heart for service can make a difference, and he leads by example, offering his time, expertise, and passion to help families, veterans, and communities thrive.
